How does the daily invoice process work?

We receive your invoiced email or a photo from WhatsApp. It runs through our OCR and AI to extract the data we need. Our team reviews each invoice for accuracy and Vehcile identifiers before data entry. Data is then entered into Easycars and a copy of the invoice attached to the Stock Number.
Is Glovebox Auto compatible with Easycars?

Yes, Glovebox Auto is specifically built to service Easycars. We ensure a seamless workflow with your dealership's existing systems to maintain accurate records. If we are missing a Stock Number/ Rego you will receive a daily request for information. If the invoice does not include a Rego or Stock number on the invoice simply add it in the email of with the photo. Its that simple!
